We sell, by direct-retail, pre-ordered boxes of lamb or mutton from my Benston and East Kame Croft in early September, mid-October and late November. In each box is a whole, farm assured, Native Shetland Sheep butchered and packed in Shetland ready for home freezing. Seaweed Lamb (born and raised with access to the seashore), Hogget (9-24 months old) and Mutton (over two years old) are available.
