An independent family business growing, harvesting, grading, washing, resting/rewatering and packing some of the finest mussels available anywhere. Our mussels have won a reputation for having clean shells, lots of meat and great taste. Shetland mussels benefit greatly from the Atlantic Ocean currents flowing through all our sites, yet we are close to the market to ensure freshness and reliability for our customers. Our harvesting method ensures our mussels have time to rest before being shipped and this ensures they reach their destination in the best possible condition.
