Availble direct from the Factory.
Our scallops are caught off the shores of Shetland and are shucked and shipped the same day. We also fillet cod, haddock, monk tails and pollock and pack whole halibut, turbut, lemon sole, and squid bought from the Shetland market. Weather permitting, we are open all year round.
