Shetland's farms produce high quality milk, most of which is packaged and sold locally for fresh consumption. The remainder is used to produce tasty cream and additive free butter, as well as natural buttermilk which is excellent for baking cakes and scones. Yoghurt has recently been introduced to our range and is available in plain, strawberry and blueberry. It is made using organic fruit and is free from artificial flavourings and additives.
