We deliver daily, Monday to Saturday into Lerwick, Scalloway, Burra and the South Mainland. Onward delivery is also arranged to the isles, north and West Mainland.

Our company follows traditional Shetland recipes passed down the generations. We produce hand-made Shetland beremeal rounds, wheaten scones, girdle bannocks, oven scones, water biscuits and oatcakes. A favourite with our customers is our old fashioned plain loaf. Our daily bread production includes wholemeal and granary loaf, plain brown and white bread, softies and rolls. All our bread can be thick sliced or thin sliced to order. Our kitchen makes fresh filled rolls, sandwiches and baguettes which are delivered daily for sale in independent shops around Shetland.
